Mission Statement

The Land O’ Lakes Library is organized to assemble, preserve and administer an organized collection of books and other materials. Such a collection aids in the communication of ideas and promotes an enlighted citizenry and enriches their lives.

We support individuals of all ages in pursuing a sustained program of learning, independent of any educational provider. We endeavor to feature current, high-demand, high interest materials in a variety of formats for persons of all ages.

We seek to continually identify community needs and to provide programs of service to meet such needs. We cooperate with other organizations, agencies and institutions which can provide programs or services to meet those needs.The Land O’ Lakes Public Library exists to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
