Qigong & Balance

July 12, 2024 @ 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Join us in the lower level Community Room for Qigong and Balance with Dottie Reeder! Dottie has practiced Qigong for over ten years. This class is great for new members.

Qigong is a mind-body exercise form that uses meditation, breathing, and movement to increase energy and enable the body to heal itself.

The exercise and healing techniques used were developed in ancient China and Tibet. It is practiced for a variety of reasons and has countless health-related benefits.

Qigong’s repetition of simple poses and low-impact movements are a great way to strengthen muscles and build new ones you didn’t have before.

This is a Friends of the Library event and is a $10 donation per person.
